Wei-An Wang was admitted to the Taiwan Bar in 2013. As a legal master of NYU law school and an attorney experienced in litigation and corporate law in Taiwan, Ms. Wang focuses on civil litigation and transaction matters.

In her previous practice in Taiwan, Ms. Wang provided wide-ranging legal advice on corporate and securities issues for leading domestic and international clients. She participated in complex lawsuits, company reforms and liquidation, corporate mergers and acquisitions projects. These experiences gave her first-hand insight into many challenges with legal governance and equipped her with proficiency in legal reasoning, research across jurisdictions, and communication.
